Make a Reservation
Although we never anticipate damage, a reservation/security deposit is required. This deposit is fully refundable with 14 days of your departure provided the following provisions are met:
- No damage is done to our home or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear.
- No charges are incurred due to contraband, pets or collection of rents or services rendered during the stay.
- All rubbish is left in outside trash cans.
- The home is left locked.
- All charges accrued during the stay are paid prior to departure.
- No linens are lost or damaged.
- NO early check-in or late checkout without prior approval.
- The renter is not evicted by the owner (or representative of the owner) or by local law enforcement.
50% of the rental rate, (cleaning fee – applicable to 3 day rentals only) & applicable tax is required 60 days prior to your arrival. The balance is due 14 days prior to your arrival date.
We are happy to accept your personal check.
If it is necessary to cancel reservations, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made prior to 60 calendar days of your arrival date are subject to a 10% cancellation fee, or $100, whichever is greater. No refunds will be given for cancellations made within 60 days of the arrival date or for early departures.
Trip insurance is available from many insurance carriers and we highly recommended that guests purchase travel insurance to protect their investment in case of a major event that would necessitate canceling the trip. Travel insurance may be purchased through www.insuremytrip.com or several other carriers.
